Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Services: KALDAN DIGITAL CONSULTING LLC provides personalized Digital Marketing and Social Media Advertising consulting services for the Education and Service sectors. Our services are based on time, strategy, and expertise, and are considered consumed services upon delivery.

1. Refund Terms:

• General Rule: Due to the nature of agency services, consulting, strategy development, and advertising management services are generally non-refundable.

• Exceptional Circumstance (Contract Cancellation):

  • If, after the service agreement has been signed and payment has been made, the service has not actually commenced (the initial strategy meeting has not been held and work on the advertising accounts has not started), the customer may request cancellation in writing within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment.

  • In this case, a 10% deduction will be made from the total contract price to cover contract preparation and management fees, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

• Once the Service Begins: No refunds will be issued after advertising campaigns have been created, the advertising budget has been spent, or the initial consultation meeting has taken place. The client remains bound by the contract for the remainder of the service period, or the cancellation clauses in the contract will apply.

2. Cancellation and Dispute Resolution Procedure (Chargeback Prevention):

• In case of any dispute or objection, the customer must contact KALDAN DIGITAL CONSULTING LLC via email at kaldanmuhammed2@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank.

• Our company is committed to resolving all disputes within 7 business days.
