These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between KALDAN DIGITAL CONSULTING LLC ("Agency") and all clients using our services. By using our website or ordering our services, you agree to these Terms.

The agency provides social media advertising and digital marketing consulting services, primarily to the education and service sectors. All services offered are detailed in the relevant proposal document or contract.

3. Payment and Billing

Service fees are collected through Stripe and other third-party payment processors. In the event of failed or incomplete payment, the Agency reserves the right to suspend the service.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund and contract cancellation terms are determined in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is published as a separate page on our website.

• The customer agrees to contact the Agency directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank in the event of any dispute.

5. Disclaimer

Our agency provides services using best practices, however, results such as advertising performance, sales increase, or return on investment (ROI) are not guaranteed. The agency cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the provision of these services exceeding the total fee paid for the service.

6. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, where the Agency is registered.
