3. Payment and Billing

Service fees are collected through Stripe and other third-party payment processors. In the event of payment failure or incomplete payment, the Agency reserves the right to discontinue the service.

4. Refund and Cancellation

• Refund and contract cancellation conditions are determined in accordance with the provisions of the Refund & Cancellation Policy published as a separate page on our website.

• The Customer agrees to contact the Agency directly in any dispute before initiating a chargeback with their bank.

5. Disclaimer

Our agency provides services using best practices, but results such as advertising performance, increased sales, or return on investment (ROI) are not guaranteed. The agency will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from providing these services in amounts exceeding the total fees paid for the service.

6. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, where Agency is registered.
