Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Services: KALDAN DIGITAL CONSULTING LLC offers personalized Digital Marketing and Social Media Advertising consulting services for the Education and Service sectors. Our services are time-based, strategy-based, and expertise-based, and are consumed as soon as they are offered.

1. Refund Terms:

• General Rule: Due to the nature of agency services, consulting, strategy development and advertising management services provided are generally non-refundable.

• Exceptional Case (Contract Cancellation):

  • In cases where the service has not actually started after the service agreement has been signed and payment has been made (the first strategy meeting has not been held and work on advertising accounts has not been started), the customer may request cancellation in writing within 7 (seven) calendar days from the payment date.

  • In this case, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting 10% of the total contract price, which is determined as the contract preparation and management fee.

• After Service Begins: Refunds will not be issued after advertising campaigns are created, the advertising budget is spent, or the first consulting meeting is held. The client remains bound by the contract for the remaining service period, or the cancellation clauses in the contract apply.

2. Cancellation and Dispute Procedure (Chargeback Prevention):

• In case of any dispute or objection, the customer must contact KALDAN DIGITAL CONSULTING LLC via email at kaldanmuhammed2@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank.

• Our company undertakes to resolve all disputes within 7 business days.
